Job Description

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Searching and generating on new sales leads. Finding new clients, creating a strong referral pipeline and building powerful relationships with them.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence.
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Responsible for keeping the monthly, annual sales budget, sales plan and budgeting.
  • Representing the Company in negotiation with prospective buyers, advising clients and helping buyers to decide what they want to buy. Keeping up to date with information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial sector.
  • Visiting sites to collect information about the available properties to start marketing and promoting these properties for sale.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature in order to remain knowledgeable about the real estate markets.
  • Handling complaints (from both staff and customers).
  • Meet sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent client service skills, communication skills, and punctuality.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Experience in Real Estate is a must.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A proven track record of sales generated.
  • Possesses a strong desire for success in selling and being passionate about it.
  • Presentable, confident, flexible and a good team player.
  • Energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Initiative and able to focus on opportunities and solutions.
