Job Role:

  • CFO is a strategic partner in ZG Executive Committee (Excom), his/her role is to ensure company compliance with all financial statutory requirements and X Group principles, lead all financial processes act as Strategically and operationally partner to provide financial direction to rapidly scale and capture more of tissue and hygienic product market as well as strengthening the current financial standing in order to achieve shareholders goals. Through performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Strategic Responsibilities:
  • Lead feasibility studies to support the launch of new concepts and markets from a financial perspective
  • Provide strategic financial direction as tissue seasonality industrial to capture more of tissue and hygienic product market
  • Build strategies and Objectives to drive operations and financial performance
  • Play a key role in developing and articulating the investment direction (if a future investment is sought)

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Lead the continuous improvement of profitability, capital efficiency, and cash management
  • Lead the financial controls & risk management and development organizational capability around control
  • Prepare and coordinate annual budgets, new projects, forecasts, and year-end reviews
  • Lead the financial budgeting & planning processes to enhance business performance
  • Evaluate and look at mechanism (audits Income statements, Gap Analysis, mitigating financial risk, financially compliant)
  • Leverage and understand of new technical accounting & tax rules and develop taxation methodology.
  • Ensure providing of timely & accurate information for management reporting.

Qualification, Experience, & Skills:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of core business processes for manufacturing, sales & supply chain.
  • Has high negotiation ability.
  • Use total system economic to make effective recommendations and decisions that result in positive financial outcomes.
  • Develop others by fostering development and coaching.
  • Effectively establish & use formal and informal networks to accomplish business objectives.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership role, team involvement and generate excitement for organization mission to affect morale & productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Experience: 10-15 experience in Manufacturing / FMCG companies.
  • Certificate MBA – CMA
  • Education: B.Sc. of Commerce
  • SAP User
