- Maintain ACT Office files and records
- Working with the management and coordinate all staff activities.
- Manage and maintain management calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings.
- Attending meetings, preparing minutes of meetings and following up the recommendations of meetings with concerned departments.
- Check company emails on a daily basis.
- Serve as the first point of contact to answer, screen and transfer incoming calls as well as office visitors.
- Support manager calendar and control petty cash.
