About the Job
- We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
- The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.
Main Job Duties:
- Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.
- Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making Producing long-term business plans.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance.
- Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Managing budgets.
- Developing and managing financial systems/models.
- Carrying out business modeling and risk assessments.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager
- Experience from 10-15 years ( 1-2 as a financial Manager )
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Superior attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Proficient user of finance software, ERP, Quick Books
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
