Job Description
- He will be the primary liaison between company and the customers.
- Work with all internal groups, including product management and sales
Will be responsible for:
- Understand customer requirements.
- Testing products/ solutions before delivery to be sure that it meets customer requirements.
- Installing and configuring company’s products/solutions on customer site
- Diagnosing hardware/software malfunctions and solving technical problems.
- Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases
- Communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in same field
- Should be Graduated from engineering faculties, electronic/electrical or computer science sections
- This job sometimes requires a long stay abroad or outside Cairo.
- The company located in 6th of October city.
