- Maintains and updates job descriptions and organizational charts for company different departments.
- Implementing the performance management system.
- Following up on the monthly and yearly performance appraisal
- Assists with the monitoring of the salary structure and the pay systems according to job grades

- Develop & implement objectives and KPI's.
