Job Description
- Receives hiring documents from employees and prepares contracts and hiring documents to be signed by eligible employees.
- Administrating social insurance form 1 for new hired & form 6 for leavers
- Administrating Labor law office document.
- Confirms that Connect Zone is matching with the current Archiving HR IDs.
- Filling for vacations/ warning letters, all employees’ files related.
- Updating Hits with Current Employees data, direct manager
- Maintaining military service books.
- Prepares contract signing and renewals to be signed by the employees
- Includes the social insurance data of contracted employees on HITS
- Provides Raya Holding’s Personnel Representatives with social insurance forms (e.g. Social Insurance form No. 1 & Social Insurance Form No. 6) and follows up with them till the forms are received stamped by the Social Insurance Bureau
- Updates the social insurance tracking sheet with monthly changes (e.g. Contracted employees, Leavers, forms received and sent to Raya Holding)
- Follows up with the employees who are socially insured by other organizations till they finalize their cases
- Finalizes the resignation or termination processes (e.g. Clearance Form, Experience letter, Medical card, access cards,…etc)
- Access Cards, issuing /deduction according to the policy.
- Responsible for leavers Headcount transactions on the system ( Internal layoff, External Layoff, HR Pending, Resignation, Dismissal)
- Responsible for preparing HR letters for employee
Job Requirements
- +1 year of professional work experience.
- Arabic is mandatory.
- Good Command of English.
- Bachelor Degree preferred in Law or Business Administration.
