Job Description
What you will do:
- Assist with recruiting of staff positions, which may include posting positions, setting up interviews, and other assistance as needed
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Processing of all data needed for New Hires and Contract employees
- Setup and assist with maintenance of personnel files.
- Help in setting up and maintaining employees benefit plans
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
Job Requirements
What you will bring:

- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, punctual, and well organized. Must be detail-oriented
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Good working knowledge of computer systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
