Job Description
- Study tender documents and assign role of each department Prepare tender Tracking Sheets , ensure Send Packaging to sub-contractors and Assure receiving by phone
- Follow up with sub-contractors for Tender Queries and For Offer receiving.
- Receive offers and prepare comparison sheets for alternative offers
- Follow up with company departments to gather tender documents needed
- Follow up with sub-contractors to receive offers
- Prepare financial comparison sheets for alternative offer
- Prepare contracts ,POs & IVOs according to given data, Data Entry for Contracts, POs& IVOs on system , Follow up projects needs and prepare purchasing form after pricing the items.
Job Requirements
- Civil or Architecture Engineering degree
