- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Daily management of office activities
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Managing reception and meeting and greeting client
- Online traffic management and team follow-up
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences
Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- New Cairo, Elmaadi, Heliopolis, Nasr City or nearest residents.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
