Job Description
- Handling all logistics and organizational tasks for ABB Global Training Programs (MMP, MDP & MEP), language, soft skills and MS office training programs for employees in Egypt and cluster countries.
- Participating in the design & delivery of internal training courses and programs necessary to meet business training needs.
- Supporting in conducting the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for Egypt and cluster countries based on the development needs extracted from Performance Appraisals.
- Keeping accurate database for all executed training programs including (Attendance, Evaluation & Declaration Forms) in addition to all programs details (like: costs, dates and participants data).
- Acting as the cost center manager by handling all financial issues related Learning & Development (L&D) such as purchase requisition for all training invoices and debit notes creation for global programs participants from AMEA region.
- Creating the training plan for Egypt and communicating the training calendar to employees in addition to receiving the training calendar of cluster countries.
- Supporting in meeting external training providers to discuss the training needs, getting technical and financial proposal and sending the preferred vendors from the L&D prospective to the SCM.
- Assisting in the development of the L&D processes, SOPs, policies and communications.
- Monitoring training activities of the cluster countries (9 countries) through monthly report and conference calls.
- Organizing and facilitating the 3-phases induction program for new comers on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Supporting in preparation some L&D necessary awareness sessions for employees in coordination with L&D CoE and HR Business Partners.
- Creating the L&D monthly dashboard that contains analysis of all information regarding the training programs executed.
- Tracking all individual training programs with employees & vendors.

Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR.
- Understanding of L&D processes & methods.
- Ability to deliver training programs.
- Knowledge of local legislation regarding Training.
- Good command of English language
