Job Description
- Respond to all hiring requests accurately and on time.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Follow up on the interview process status.
- Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates.
- Represent the company in community and recruiting events.
- Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Perform reference and background checks.
- Update job requirements when needed.
- Document interviews results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis.
- Maintain employee records and paperwork.
- Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate list of the jobs and vacancies within the company to identify staffing needs.
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees job requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1-3 Experience in oracle applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- 1 year minimum experience in the Real Estate and/or Construction fields
