Job Description

  • Respond to all hiring requests accurately and on time.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Follow up on the interview process status.
  • Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Represent the company in community and recruiting events.
  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Perform reference and background checks.
  • Update job requirements when needed.
  • Document interviews results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis.
  • Maintain employee records and paperwork.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate list of the jobs and vacancies within the company to identify staffing needs.
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees job requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-3 Experience in oracle applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • 1 year minimum experience in the Real Estate and/or Construction fields
