Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure Data Accuracy
- Prepare & Post Journal Entries
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register & Depreciation
- Analyze Financial Information
- Reconcile Accounts
- Support Monthly and Annual Close Processes
- Maintain the workflow of accounting processes
- Support other accounting platforms (A/R, A/P, and Cash & Banks etc…)
- Support other non-financial Platforms (Inventory, Purchasing and Sales etc…)
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Male or Female.
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting major
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Very good level of English.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Full knowledge of accounting principles
- Full knowledge of the preparation of budget and budgets.
- Good knowledge of using accounting software.
