Job Description

  • Advise clients on all matters pertaining to multilingual communication.
  • Welcomes visitors/clients by greeting them, in person or by email or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence like e-mail, letters, packages etc.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized, easily accessible & secure
  • Manage client expectations and partner with the production team to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Maintain, develop, map, and penetrate existing clients’ organizations to gain in-depth understanding of their long-term goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent/Fluent in English language spoken and written.
  • Experience in offshore customer service or face to face customer service is a MUST
  • Hands-on client management experience.
  • Customer-service focused.
  • Interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Dynamic, creative self-starter who excels at problem solving and who has the tenacity and sustained commitment to achieve results.
