Job Description
- Monitoring the fixed assets of the organization and accountable for recording the cost of fixed assets that have been newly acquired
- Keep track of existing fixed assets.
- Applies knowledge of tax compliance and tax accounting principles to oversee and prepare all company tax compliance reports, while reporting budgetary concerns and taxation effects of business decisions to company managers.
- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
- Analyzing data collected and recording results.
- Inventory, control and execute receipt of invoices received from suppliers.
- Review the invoices received from the suppliers computationally and their conformity with the supplier contracts and the differences between the invoice and what was agreed upon.
- Make sure that there are no late invoices to be recorded accounting and if any should be followed up with suppliers and obtain them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- 5+ Years of experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Analytical skills
