Job Description
- Set the annual activation strategy and plan for the whole year in line with the overall marketing strategy and desired positioning
- Lead the annual planning and execution of medical conferences strategy and all medical events
- Build CHG equity among the medical/scientific community as the place to work in and as a leader in medical knowledge dissemination
- Work closely with the sales team and act as the linking-pin between marketing and sales
- Provide promotional support to sales force
- Align, brief and coach sales team on new messages and programs with all supporting material
- Work closely with individual hospitals within CHG portfolio, to analyze/assess specialties performance
- Identify specialties performance gaps and their root cause to devise programs and plans to address them
- Building a comprehensive loyalty/acquisition programs for doctors at all seniority levels by addressing all relevant drivers and barriers
- Responsibility for all communication material selection and content directed towards medical professionals at all levels
- Keep stock of all medical marketing material ensure that they are up-to date
- Monitoring and tracking Medical marketing Budget and expenditure
- Assist in internal training events
- Responsible for specialized material presented in events
- Developing medical content & presentations that will be used by the sales team
- Responsible for building and managing brand reminders/giveaways inventory for professionals at all levels
- Work closely with the Consumer marketing manager and Digital media marketing manager to provide medical content based on their communication strategy
Job Requirements
- Degree in Medicine/Pharma
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles within Hospitals, Pharma or Medical devices marketing
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in deriving meaning from numbers
- Strong language and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of Specialty managers
- Persuasion through data/facts and common sense
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to build something new from scratch and see it grow
- Can articulate and critique own work and ideas
