Job Description
- To establish a specialized Corporate Legal subdivision within the Group Legal team.
- Set up for the head of a future corporate legal team
- Mandate will include a review of corporate matters and support to business lines on Group level.
Job Requirements
- (Law Degree). Masters in Law is an asset.
- At least 8 years of corporate legal experience.
- Leadership and proven experience of the ability to manage people.
- Multinational experience is an asset.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience to work closely with top management.
- Admitted to the Egyptian Bar.
