Implement and coordinate activities engaged in preparing shipping documents and related reports and in classifying and rating cargo.
Review ships' schedules and booking records to plan and schedule work activities.
Examines reports and documents for completeness and accuracy
Collaborate with both clearance and financial departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all export policies.
Monitor and provide response to all clients and partners inquiries and requests.
Preparing and administering clients' accounts
Managing clients' accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
Develop and implement export databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
Must be detail oriented, have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Full professional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a must
Knowledge of and experience with international shipping, bookings, documentation functions
Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple and changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to take initiative
2-3 years of experience minimum
