Job Description

JD includes but not limited to:

Guest Service Supervisor for the Information Booths and others

  • Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
  • Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies. Managing customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.
  • Resolve all guest concerns, complaints or suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior guest service.
  • Ensure facilities are maintained to the required standard. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, marketing, sales, Hotel management or relevant degree
  • Had similar position for 3 to 5 years.
