Job Description
JD includes but not limited to:
Guest Service Supervisor for the Information Booths and others
- Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
- Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies. Managing customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.
- Resolve all guest concerns, complaints or suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior guest service.
- Ensure facilities are maintained to the required standard. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, marketing, sales, Hotel management or relevant degree
- Had similar position for 3 to 5 years.
