Job Description
- Prepare the company Manpower plan.
- Develops and Implements human resources strategies and objectives.
- Manages human resources daily operations ( recruitment, orientation, training, Performance appraisal, compensation , Benefits, Payroll, Personnel )
- Supports managers by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
- Develops and updates policies, procedures, Competencies, Job descriptions.
- Develops new compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Investigate and report the factory accidents.
- Monitoring and controlling the HR budget.
- Sets KPI‘s for all positions in Retail & Factory.
