Job Description

  • Assist in Establishing & implementing financial reporting systems, and preparing and coordinating monthly and quarterly Stand-alone activities and group reports and ensure close in a timely manner.
  • Assist in Define and re-engineer the Budgeting policies and processes, and implement to ensure a more efficient month-end close.
  • Supporting the Regional BRCDEP Manager on adoc requests.
  • Assist in preparing executive level PowerPoint presentations of performance and key issues for monthly, forecast and Budget results.
  • Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of the annual Budget process, and assist in preparing budget for of all entities and of the NESMA group.
  • Investigate the monthly variance analysis and submit variance reports to Regional BRCDEP Manager.
  • Setting, managing and ensuring compliance with the Budget requirements and timetable for monthly financial reporting submissions from the business units, stand-alone companies, and Holding Companies.
  • Support for the development of the integrated reporting framework that brings together financial reporting and financial planning & analysis to provide a single comprehensive financial data set for Group decision making.
  • Responsible for development of the Group Budget Manual and providing technical guidance and training on accounting and reporting matters to the Group and appropriate policy adoption in accordance with accounting standards and internal budget policies and procedures.

Oversight of central accounting for NESMA head office and group holding companies, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting of central functions.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • 10 to 12 years of work experience.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Have previous experience with Oracle fusion budgetary control and encumbrance accounting.
