Job Description
- Promote standard and custom engineered solutions to meet customers' needs best.
- Design and develop a product or product family.
- Develop ideas for, manage, and lead projects until they become real products.
- Perform market research to determine what types of products might be successful among consumers, research product ideas to determine their viability, and research how existing products on the market are performing.
- Establish test procedures for quality assurance of the finished product.
- Resolve customer's certification issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to create product designs and with marketing teams to develop sales plans for future products.
- Source non-standard components for drawing office.
- Point of contact between Sales & Engineering.
- Maintain and improve Installation and Operation Manuals.
- Lead and progress Fames.
- Keep on top of Legislation and changes.
- Create and maintain Product Technical Files.
- Ensure products are correctly marked by Production.
- Work with external design resources to ensure quality design and performance.
- Assist in the selection of material.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing not less than 2 years
- Strong understanding of calculations & mathematics.
- Ability to multitask & manage time effectively.
- Leadership Skills.
