Expert to help resolve level 2 and level 3 help desk issues
Identify tends and patterns in help desk issues to proactively improve ERP implementation
Act as backup to other ERP team members for vacation, travel, sickness or other needs
Provide end-users training

ERP Teamwork:

Understand IT department vision and JCI deliverable and services to maximize value
Contribute to the creation of an ERP team focused on business improvements and deployment of ERP and other applications
Participate in the development and implementation of IT best practices and methods within the company

Business Analysis:

Engage users to actively participate and take ownership for the applications and business process changes
Ensure customer acceptance by soliciting their input on requirements, design and testing validation. Design and train users in changes to business processes
Recommend the implementation of technology to support the company’s objectives, develop strategies, techniques, and standards for systems and interfaces
Work with other team members to prepare functional specifications, technical specification, testing plans and other documentation as required by Al-Salem Johnson Controls
Manage development and provide support for ERP application systems

Minimum Education, Skills And Abilities

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a closely related field;
Three years of increasingly responsible experience in an information technology environment;
Three years’ experience of supporting an ERP;
Three years’ experience of supporting database and database applications, MySQL. PHP
Demonstrated knowledge of systems analysis and information technology principles;
Experience with reporting and analytic applications from the Technical support perspective (application support, object definitions, end-user support, etc.);
Customer service minded, and solutions oriented;
Ability to work with a wide variety of problems and personalities, while continuing to promote a - professional and pleasant demeanor;
Strong verbal and written communication skills
