Job Description
- Supervising the payroll system.
- Maintain and update payroll records.
- Responsible for issuing all payment in time.
- Work on day to day on compensation queries from the staff by Identify and determine the causes of compensation related problems and develop recommendations.
- Supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies
- Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan.
Job Requirements
