Job Description
- Assist purchasing manager in the entire process of importing
- Send enquiries to existing and new suppliers,
- Make Purchase Orders, follow up on delivery time, negotiate payment terms and prices.
- Handle all logistics of the importation process including shipping, arranging shipping documents, customs clearance, etc.
- Coordinate with finance department on payments to suppliers
- Coordinate with planning department to meet MRP requirements on time
- Find new suppliers with better terms, prices, etc.
- Assist in evaluating suppliers’ performance (price, quality, delivery) in accordance with ISO standards.
- Integrating the import documentation within the ERP
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 3-5 Years of experience in importing, purchasing, logistics, shipping, clearance.
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Excellent Communication skills
