Responsibilities:
- Lead our AI/ ML team
- Ensure continuous on-time delivery in algorithm performance.
- Hire, inspire, develop and retain talented Machine Learning Engineers.
- Make sure that the algorithm work is done in a scalable, sustainable, data driven and automated manner with the high-quality code, tests and algorithm performance monitoring
- Work in an agile and dynamic team, and develop cutting-edge machine learning methods for our products with a focus on Computer Vision.
- You are a skilled engineer who is experienced in working in collaborative development environments and who also has the ability to program in a variety of languages at a production level.

Requirements
- Master’s / PhD Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning/AI, or other related fields is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing AI teams.
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong background and hands-on experience with relevant Machine learning projects.
- Experience with developing machine learning pipelines and architecture solutions.
- Knowledge of deep learning, reinforcement learning, especially with hands-on experience in hyper-parameter tuning and deep construction/distribution (e.g., architecture design in CNN/RNN, parameter initialization, activation, normalization, and optimization).
- Strong programming skills, (Python and C++).
- Experience with statistics/machine learning packages such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Torch, Theano, Caffe, jupyter notebook.
- Focused on delivery, with an eye for quality and innovation
- Ongoing contributor and passion for learning and adopting cutting-edge technologies
- Data manipulation skills including collecting and cleaning, and handling large-scale datasets.
- Experience with OpenCV and Nvidia CUDA is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must

- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
