Job Description:

  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers. The sales Executive is responsible to operationally and administratively achieve the department’s pre-determined sales and revenue targets.

Scope of work:

  • Manage Customers' requests and inquiries
  • Increase strike rate and customer sales satisfaction.
  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
  • Meet sales goals and targets.
  • Manage Sales calls requests and ensure conversion of calls to showroom visits
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field
  • Experience in sales in the field of furniture is a MUST.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Background of furniture manufacturing would be a plus.
  • A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
  • Excellent team and communication skills
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
