- You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers. The sales Executive is responsible to operationally and administratively achieve the department’s pre-determined sales and revenue targets.
Scope of work:
- Manage Customers' requests and inquiries
- Increase strike rate and customer sales satisfaction.
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Meet sales goals and targets.
- Manage Sales calls requests and ensure conversion of calls to showroom visits
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field
- Experience in sales in the field of furniture is a MUST.
- 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Background of furniture manufacturing would be a plus.
- A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
- Excellent team and communication skills
- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
