Job Description

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to all HR departments as required by HR manager (staffing, recruiting, grievances, performance evaluation, compliance , etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, surveys…)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
  • Communicate with visitors, employees and workers when necessary and properly handle complaints under HR manager supervision.
  • Conduct initial orientation to a new employees.
  • Updating job descriptions, organization charts and other
  • Assist HR department issues as stipulated by HR manager.
  • Help with implementation of HR issues and policies through HR Stuff

Job Requirements

  • BSc degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same title is a MUST
  • Proven experience in HR and relevant human resources administrative position.
  • PC literacy.
  • Excellent English and Arabic.
  • Hand on experience with HRIS.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
