Job Description
- Distributes individual dose with insure that it is delivered without any errors.
- Reviews the prescribed medication in the patient's medical file in the pharmacy and ensuring of the safety of prescription drug interactions.
- Follows up that all medication at the hospital and reports the medicines availability and stock.
- Supervises preparation of formulations for prescriptions required and not availabrle in the hospital.
- Supervises pharmacist assistant's duties.
- Provides the necessary drug information.
- Checks and saves the narcotic and controlled by regulations and instructions.
Job Requirements
Skills and abilities:
- Practice with single dose unit training in hospital pharmacy.
- Experience in pharmaceutical formulations and pharmaceutical services.
- Scientific capacity and professional competence.
- Knowledge in the pharmaceutical quality standards.
- Ability to connect and establish good relations with others.
- Tasks assigned within the competence.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
- Able to work night shifts from 3pm to 11 pm
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree.
- 2 years of experience.
