Job Description

  • Responsible for implementations of Google Analytics, auditing and troubleshooting and reporting analysis to improve digital marketing initiatives.
  • Creating reports and use common insights features in Google Analytics
  • Track and analyze all project digital analytical activities.
  • Assist in the analytics tag implementation, testing & reporting before, during and after the project development.
  • Create, Review, and/or Modify Google Tag Manager containers
  • Configuration of reporting views & properties and their filters.
  • Craft solutions to solve any digital issues and/ or any negative anomalies
  • Recommend potential strategies and an implementation plans
  • Assist in creation and definition of A/B & multi-variate tests
  • Act as subject matter expert for digital and social analytics data
  • Analyze and interpret trends; provide actionable insights based on available data to better target future recommendations and project optimizations
  • Lead Google Analytics training sessions
  • Support organic search & organic social marketing efforts, assisting in goal-setting based on impressions, clicks, traffic, and conversions

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in marketing, or any equivalent field of study.
  • 3 - 5 years in digital analytics, preferably with Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of the reporting and administration of Google Analytics
  • Experience mining and interpreting data for multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital products, social media and direct consumer behavior, providing insights about performance data and highlighting how data aligns with defined business goals and metrics
  • Expert level experience with data visualization, data management & analysis tools
  • Experience in building, converting & managing large, complex relational data sets
  • Experience with data extraction & manipulation techniques & statistical methods
  • Experience in working within a marketing/business intelligence environment
  • Strong understanding of linkage between IT & Marketing
  • Past experience with web analytics, statistical and A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
  • High level of experience in data analysis and advanced Excel
  • Possess a working knowledge of Google Analytics/digital marketing attribution models
  • Experience with the implementation of Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager
  • Experience defining and analyzing User Experience

The following is a plus:

  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Adwords & DoubleClick
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Experience with SQL, Spreadsheet modeling
