Job Description

  • Act as a point of contact for all incoming inquiries (Answer telephone, take messages, greet visitors, transfer calls and provide information to other departments upon request)
  • Maintain both hard and digital filing systems
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, events and maintain meeting agendas, collection/entry
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager.
  • Maintain attendance and leaves tracking.
  • Ensure office supplies availability and regular office maintenance activities and submit expense report to the finance department.
  • Provide general office support including administrative tasks, data entry.

Job Requirements

  • 3- 5 Years of Experience as admin assistant
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent Command of English Language
