Job Description
- Cooperates with the heads of departments, and supervisors of maintenance of district facilities, and buildings.
- Develops administrative and technical systems to follow-up on maintenance work plans with all residential and administrative facilities in order to ascertain the required performance and develop the appropriate solutions.
- Supervises the preparation of the estimated budgets of the maintenance departments to be approved by the City Hall Head.
- Prepares periodic reports on maintenance and makes observations thereon including the notes on maintenance operations compared to the budget plan.
- Visits the district facilities and installations to ensure the regularity of work and implementation quality to resolve any emerging problems.
- Supervises works of plumbing, paint carpentry, water tanks, roads, corridors, public facilities, and administration buildings.
- Validates all maintenance tasks for the city's facilities including, but not limited to, water sewerage, electricity, telephone and irrigation networks.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Real Estate Maintenance and MEP exposure is a must.
- Very Good English Language.
- Very Good Computer Skills.
- Ability to work under stress, and solving problems.
