Job Description

  • Leading and monitoring the service delivery team.
  • Keeping the sector manager up-to-date with daily work resolution and the technical support processes done through pre-determined reporting templates within the time frame.
  • Improve documentation of technical support policies and procedures.
  • Follow with customers whose issues are not closed to Identify solutions to work around open issues/problems that are under investigation or pending resolution to the assigned tickets.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the management to plan service delivery strategies
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time.
  • Maintain and control project schedule, plan
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans and status reports.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Job Requirements

  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities.
  • A good understanding of product business know-how would be an advantage.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to customer needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Educated to a degree level in a computer-related system, with a demonstrated strong computer background and technical ability
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel & Project Visio Tool Is Plus.
  • Software background is preferred.
