About The Job:
- We are looking for an ambitious Telesales Associate who wants to grow and learn while making money.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Fixed Shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM.
- Fixed Days Off Friday & Saturday.
Duties:
- Hunt, develop and retain customers by offering customized and strategic solutions of their needs,
- Secure new customers who have not previously used our services,
- Understand each assigned customer’s business model and competitive advantages
- Organize, update and keep records of customer information
- Meet and exceed all sales KPIs
- An effective Telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
- They will presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Conducts negotiations with the customer and pricing department to reach agreeable rates
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales (Selling to companies).
- Experience in Logistics.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Good level of English (written // spoken)
- Work under pressure
- Organized personality
- Communication skills
- Computer skills
- Bachelor's degree; preferably in business, accounting or finance
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
