Job Description
This role is key in:
- Affirming trust in Ericsson’s security brand by recognizing emerging trends, risks, business needs and transforming into Security Strategy and solutions.
- Drive and lead information security strategy and execution.
- Provide leadership and vision to the security organization in terms of information security.
- Challenge how things are done in order to create trust, business value and get results.
- Inspire the security organization to create business enabling solutions, methods and tools to support Ericsson’s business operations.
- Provide leadership and courage implementing and driving ISMS, Privacy and BCM compliance.
Responsibilities

- Execute information security strategy
- Drive one and right information security culture
- Develop information security organization in Market Area Middle East and Africa
- Drive effective information security governance in Market Area Middle East and Africa
- Manage information security risk in Market Area Middle East and Africa
Job Requirements
Key Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, Privacy, Risk Management, Information Security,, Business Continuity , Privacy breach management, Information Security Risk Assessment process.
- Knowledge of Ericsson Information Security; Privacy and BCM frameworks.
- Information Security knowledge within Ericsson
- Privacy knowledge within Ericsson
- Business Understanding
- Change and Improvement Management Skills
- Risk Management Skills
- Advanced English language skills (verbal and written) required
- Information Security certifications preferred
