Job Description

  • Solving hardware and software problems
  • Install and configure wired and wireless network infrastructure
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, desktops, Laptops, printers and scanners
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
  • Set up accounts for new users
  • Upgrade operating systems with new releases and models
  • Performs LAN administration functions; monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN system performance and resolves communications and networking problems
  • Setup application interior design, modeling , architect and civil engineer
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Virtual private network ( VPN ) and other systems

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 1 : 2 years as Help Desk
  • MCSA and CCNA is a plus
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
