Job Description
- Solving hardware and software problems
- Install and configure wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, desktops, Laptops, printers and scanners
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Set up accounts for new users
- Upgrade operating systems with new releases and models
- Performs LAN administration functions; monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN system performance and resolves communications and networking problems
- Setup application interior design, modeling , architect and civil engineer
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Virtual private network ( VPN ) and other systems
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1 : 2 years as Help Desk
- MCSA and CCNA is a plus
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
