Job Description
- Develop monthly plans for sales team.
- Provide a daily report on the selling activity and behavioral performance of its members.

Job Requirements
- +5 years experience in real estate sales career with minimum 2 years as a sales Team Leader.
- Work experience in both residential and commercial units.
- Good command of English language and business writing.
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Develop his team members.
- Solve problems and great analyzer for issues.
- MBA is a plus.
