Job Description

  • Develop monthly plans for sales team.
  • Provide a daily report on the selling activity and behavioral performance of its members.
  • Monthly achieve the desired target
  • Receiving customers and answer their questions and record their data in custom form
  • Submit a monthly report on the status and nature of his work according to the model
  • Complete the contract with the new customer
  • Promote a positive business climate and welcoming customers
  • Weekly meeting with sales Representative
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and Motivate team members
  • Set clear team goals.
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Job Requirements

  • +5 years experience in real estate sales career with minimum 2 years as a sales Team Leader.
  • Work experience in both residential and commercial units.
  • Good command of English language and business writing.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Develop his team members.
  • Solve problems and great analyzer for issues.
  • MBA is a plus.
