Job Description

The industry sales manager is a key manager in our multinational and key customers' team.

The team approaches mostly R&D, Procurement Specialists/managers &/or company owners depending on company size.

The industry sales manager will be responsible for his personal and the team's maintenance and working on new leads, forecasting, negotiating with customers, achieving foretasted targets, report on a periodical basis (daily, weekly monthly, quarterly and annually).

Personal and Team's KPIs will include achievement, lead conversion ratio, New leads, reporting and forecasting accuracy, customer retention and profitability.

To Sum Up;

  • Planning for personal and team sales for their industry
  • Set targets and follow up sales team
  • Maintain and grow customer base
  • Explore potential opportunities and lead growth in the Chemical/food industry raw materials' business

Job Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience
  • B2B sales experience
  • Preferably Chemicals or R&D Experience
  • Procurement Executives are more than welcome to apply
  • Experience with KPI management and team leadership is required
