Developing and implementing the commercial strategies according to company vision and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
Lead the business development, sales, customer service and marketing teams.
Identifying new opportunities, developing new client relationships, creating business proposals and writing bids.

BSc/BA in Business, Finance or relevant field.
Proven experience in trading company as commercial director for 5 years.
In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
Excellent organizational, motivation and leadership skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and staff.
