- Assist the chairman in any way possible including preparing for board meetings & communicating new policies to the subordinates .
- Discover all the facts & the situations if any problem occurred among board members and report them to the CEO
- Communicate with the CEO and all the directors to keep them fully informed of all major Business development
- Scheduling and organizing all the CEO meetings with all the departments and take mints of meetings
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a must
- Very Presentable and honest and punctual
- Excellent business writing Arabic & English
- Very Good Communication and presentation skills
