Job Description
- Engineer shall be responsible for developing drawings for firefighting and plumbing (WATER SUPPLY & DRAINAGE) systems for residential, commercial buildings and mega projects.
- Good knowledge about design (irrigation system & swimming pools design)
- Perform hydraulic calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.
- Coordinating with other disciplines works and producing composite shop drawings.
- The adept user of engineering drafting software (AutoCAD and Revit).
- Preparation of Design and MEP Coordination drawings of the project.
- Preparation of Design Concept reports, specifications & BOQ.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Ain Shams, Cairo University, AUC, and GUC.
- Firefighting & plumbing design engineer.(2:5) Exp
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical power engineering
- Understanding of international engineering standards and codes
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
- Computer skills: BIM – CAD
- Elite Fire program.
- Drainage & water supply designs.
Personal Skills/ characteristics
- Self-motivated. Strong technical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
