Job Description

Handle incoming local procurement requests from all departments(sales & Marketing & HR & Finance & IT........).

Drive suppliers / vendors, integrating their deliverable and schedules into project

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to capture and develop key requirements and work to direct into appropriate buying channels in order to extract maximum value.

Lead and manage special projects to ensure procurement objectives are being met; collaborate with procurement team and business unit stakeholders

Maintaining procurement records such as items purchased costs, delivery time, product quality, supplier performance, and inventories.

Negotiate and close purchase orders and contracts.

Analyze and evaluate current and potential vendors in consideration of the internal quality and cost requirements.

Provide and evaluate information about relevant price trends and developments in the procurement market.

Ensure the all administration and documentation of purchasing processes (Requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, master data) are compliance with department policy.

Placing orders to suppliers and coordinates between the suppliers and forwarding companies to ensure on-time pickup of all shipments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 -6 years experience in foreign purchasing in industry,
- ERP system good knowledge.
- Very good English language speaking, writing and reading.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills .
