Job Description
- Finding potential sourcing channels
- Reviewing resumes to select the matching profiles for the positions
- conducting initial phone interviews & face to face interview if available
- Conducting daily reports with the outcome in a timely manner
- Administered offer letters, negotiated salaries
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time
Job Requirements
- Experience 2-3 Years in Recruitment is a must
- Preferred Recruitment agencies experience
- GCC recruitment experience is a great plus
- Good command in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner.
