Job Description

  • Responsible for the management and execution of logistics for all shipments of B2B in local and export markets along with all intercompany shipments.
  • Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-services and adds; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements;implementing change.
  • Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments;conducting surveys; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
  • Co-ordinate with Development and QA in updating placed orders.
  • Ensure timely deliveries of shipments both Local and overseas and send customer notifications with accurate data.Responsible for gathering and issuing all required documentation (internally and externally from MOH, Ports and Shippinglines) for local and overseas shipments.
  • Follow up with different departments on the necessary documents, letters or statements, as required by customers and ensuretimely delivery.
  • Track shipment progress and take action by preparing reports on shipments.
  • Align with all internal functions and develop weekly shipping schedule for all sales shipments and intercompany shipments.
  • Responsible for internal follow up on 100% of customer complains & insurance replaying to 100% to customers.
  • Responsible for Determining Logistics service requirements by quarterly benchmarking freight forwarders, insuring signing of contracts with best price/quality of service freight forwarder to ensure Agthia receives best service with lowest price
  • Participating in making Plan of bookings (Monthly starting and ending).
  • Involved with making deals with shipping line companies (MAERSK - COSCO - CMA CGM – EVERGREEN – Taros – MSC – HapagLloyed – Hamburg Sud - Transmar).
  • Coordinate with QC Department to insure that all the product we export is according to global exporting standards and Quality.as agreed with the customer.
  • Keep tracking the container of each booking till they're loaded and have reached to the Port.
  • Dealing with All ports ( Port Saied - Alsokhna - Damietta – Alexandria - Suez).

Job Requirements

  • Soft skills : Excel,Power and Point Word
  • Languages : Arabic , English and French (good to have but not mandatory)
