Job Description
- In your role as Egypt sales manager, you will be working with customer prospects, fellow travelers,
- Classera departments to advance Classera sales in Egypt Ed-Tech market and uniquely position it there.
- You will develop the strategy and tactical action plans to identify target accounts and close the business to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- You’ll be involved in direct sales as well as remotely supporting opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role selling technology solutions to the education sector.
- Proven track record of success meeting and exceeding revenue and margin targets.
- Ability to assess risks, plan mitigation measures and execute on these measures.
- Proven track record of cross-functional influence and relationship building and coaching and mentoring a team
- Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and CRM.
- Well-developed leadership, interpersonal skills, and sales development skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities.
- Strong business acumen and judgment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team with minimum supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can hunt new business and open doors.
- Strong knowledge of target markets, K12 and EdTech segments, in particular, is preferred.
