Job Description

  • Reports to: Training Unit Manager
  • Brief: A mentor is responsible for many tasks related to the training process.

Tasks:

Trainers:

  • Attending demos of potential trainers
  • Discussing/Coaching issues that need intervention with trainers
  • Contributing in the evaluation of current trainers according to the academy's evaluation system
  • Contributing in the process of action plans for trainers & coaching them when assigned

Courses:

  • Revising material of the academy or sent by trainers
  • Making sure material is approved by the Technical Consultant
  • Creating e-classrooms for every course
  • Uploading material upon e-classrooms
  • Helping in material production (any form: Presentations - Courses Manuals - Workbooks - Aids - ... etc.)
  • Updating material when required
  • Developing new courses
  • Developing/updating course outlines
  • Developing/updating course content
  • Modifying documents related to the modified course outline or to modified course content
  • Project Management & Follow-up of the assigned corporate accounts

Assignment & Quizzes:

  • Creating assignments following the academy's methodology when required
  • Checking assignment
  • Following-up assignment of trainees and sending timely notifications of late submission
  • Correcting assignment on timely basis
  • Forming progress reports and sending it to clients
  • Creating Quizzes on the company's platform (Either Mentor produces it or collects questions from trainers)

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitoring sessions technically to ensure quality assurance via class visits in DM Arts Academy different branches and/or DVR
  • Keeping record of recorded sessions on bi-weekly basis
  • Filling in required reports and keeping timely record of them

Trainees:

  • Calling clients to investigate issues related to the role tasks when necessary
  • P.s: An on-job training will take place for roles and tasks that aren't familiar.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a Trainer/Teacher/Educational Supervisor
  • Graduated from the Faculty of: Business Administration or Mass Communication - Marketing Section -
  • Flexibility to work in the evening
  • Ability to visit other branches at least twice a month
  • Very Good Use of Microsoft Office Especially Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint & Ms Excel
  • Background in Digital Marketing is preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good problem solving skills
