Install new and rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
Install and configure Microsoft Infrastructure systems such as Exchange, SQL and TMG
Follow up on daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary
Create, change, and delete user accounts upon request
Repair and recover all hardware and software failures
Apply OS patches, upgrades required on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities
Upgrade and configure Servers Infrastructure Software according to operational needs
Develop periodic performance report to support capacity planning
Perform on-going performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required, configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required
Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.

From 1 to 2 Years hands on experience on Windows 2003 servers, and Microsoft Infrastructure services
Preferably certified as MCSE in windows operating systems.
Language Skills: Very Good English (oral/written).
