Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Planning and monitoring
  • Variance analysis
  • Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholder
  • Provide frequent business insights and data analysis explaining key business metrics trends, patterns, make forecasts & business strategy suggestions
  • Design and maintain dashboards or ad hoc reports
  • Develop business presentations and present findings to senior management
  • Propose and analyze new business products to generate revenues
  • Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of CEO including appointments, meetings and travel.
  • Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
  • Responsible for organizing CEO travel arrangements and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses
  • * Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to CEO’s office including phone calls, and emails, ensuring correct department distribution.
  • Secretarial support for meetings and when required by the CEO, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues and arranging refreshments. Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting.
  • Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the CEO.
  • Communicating important updates and information to all departments in M2 Developments Company as required by CEO.
  • Responsible for managing CEO’s personal driver’s daily schedule in line with CEO’s daily requirements.
  • Arrange head Office and Top management events

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree - GUC, AUC, MIU graduates.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
