Job Description
- Submit the daily reports & update the Dashboards to insure visibility to stockholders.
- Update & Recommend new MIS Reports to improve reporting efficiency and consistency (scorecards,360,Fail Rate,Reachability & more).
- Responsible for Business Development & Performance analyses (Example: KPI & Reactive analysis).
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information to management.
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness (Setting targets).
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Care or a related field.
- V. Good command of English language.
- V. Good communication skills.
- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Advanced level of Excel is essential.
- Good Business Writing Skills.
- Good Presentation Skills.
- Excellent set of interpersonal skills (Teamwork - Time Management).
